Services
Two services. One specialty. Over 20 years doing it in Las Vegas.
Central Vacuum Installation
Installing a central vacuum in a new build is straightforward. Installing one in an existing home without opening the walls is where most companies fall short. We run pipe from above or below, mount every inlet cleanly, and connect it all to a power unit sized for your home. Most installations are wrapped up in a single visit, and we walk you through the full system before we leave.
Central Vacuum Repair & Service
Weak suction. Strange sounds. A unit that won’t start or won’t stop. An inlet that works on one wall but not the others. We’ve diagnosed and fixed all of it across every major brand – Beam, Nutone, Vacumaid, Central Vac Int., Star, Brute, and dozens more. We carry replacement parts, and we run a full 10-point inspection when you want to know exactly where your system stands.

What to expect when you reach out
How a typical job goes.
01
You describe the situation
Call, text, or fill out the form. Tell us what the system is doing – or what you’re looking to install. A quick description is enough to get us pointed in the right direction. We’ll get back to you the same day.
02
We come out and assess
We look at the system or the space before telling you what it needs. If it’s a repair, we’re diagnosing what’s actually wrong instead of guessing. If it’s an installation, we’re figuring out the best pipe route, inlet placement, and power unit for the size of your home. You get a clear answer before any work starts.
03
We do the work
Most repairs are resolved the same visit. Most installations are done in a single day. We bring the parts, we do the job properly – every pipe joint glued, every inlet plate secured, the most direct route taken to maximize airflow. We do it right the first time.
04
We test everything
Before we pack up, we test the full system. Every inlet. Every connection. Suction levels throughout the house. If something isn’t right, we find it while we’re still there – not after we’ve left and you’ve called back.
05
We show you how to use it
We go through the system with you before we leave. How each part works, what to empty and when, and what to watch for down the road. You shouldn’t have to figure that out from a manual.
Got a question? Call us and we'll get back to you today.

Is your system acting up?
Signs your central vacuum needs a repair call
Most of these get more expensive the longer you leave them.
Call us if your system is doing any of these:
- Suction is noticeably weaker than it used to be, in some rooms or all of them
- The unit turns on but shuts itself off after a few minutes
- You hear grinding, squealing, or rattling when it runs
- There's a burning smell while the system is on
- A musty odor comes through the hose
- One inlet works but others don't respond
- The system won't turn on - or won't turn off
- The hose works plugged directly to the unit but not through the wall
- You hear a clicking sound when you try to start it
These are usually quick fixes:
- Clogs in the hose or piping
- Inlet valve or low-voltage wiring faults
- Filter or bag service
- Hose switch or handle repair
- Motor brush replacement
If the system is doing something it shouldn't, don't keep running it. Small problems left alone tend to become motor problems - and motors cost more to fix than anything else in the system. Call us, describe what you're hearing or seeing, and we'll tell you what it sounds like before we even come out.

Most repairs are diagnosed and resolved in a single visit. Call us, describe what the system is doing, and we can usually give you a realistic picture before we even come out.
What's included in the 10-point inspection?
We clean and inspect the power unit and both filters, check the motor and electronics, inspect all wall plate gaskets and low-voltage connections, check for clogs throughout the system, examine the hose and storage, and test everything before we leave.
Do you guarantee your work?
All installations come with a one-year guarantee against defects. If any pipe cracks, comes unglued, or fails within the first year, we fix it at no charge.
